Casa Vilma is located in a gorgeous visual city, poetic in its crumbling beauty, friendly locals, amazing colorful architecture and fifties cars americano. Music everywhere, rather than stay in and watch tv and roam internet, everyone is out on the streets happy and dancing or singing. Went in April, the city was Very Hot, so we went out to the beach which was a good move. Stunning beaches. Hotels were decent, though still not up to American standards, but certainly comfortable and clean. While the local people could not have been nicer, the service industry people were not as warm.
